By offering a simple gratitude prayer or blessing, you can change the energy of the food you eat and the water you drink. It's all about shifting your mindset and appreciating what you have. Gratitude is a powerful practice that anyone can embrace, regardless of their economic status. It can transform little into enough and bring a sense of contentment and satisfaction. So let's remember to be grateful for the food we eat and the water we drink, and let that gratitude fill our hearts with happiness and joy. 

There are definitely times when it feels like we're stuck in a rut and finding gratitude seems impossible. But you know what? Even in those tough moments, there's always something, no matter how small, that we can be thankful for. It could be a simple act of kindness or a comforting word from a loved one. Practical ways to practice gratitude:

Offering gratitude can be something as simple as saying “Thanks” to someone. “Thank you” is a magical and powerful word. When said genuinely, it has the power to change the energy around us.

1. Keep a gratitude journal: Write down three things you're grateful for each day. It helps shift your focus to the positive.

2. Express gratitude to others: Take a moment to thank someone for their kindness or help. It can brighten their day and deepen your connection.

3. Practice mindfulness: Be present in the moment and appreciate the little things around you, like a beautiful sunset or a warm cup of coffee.

4. Count your blessings: Reflect on the things you often take for granted, like good health, a supportive family, or a roof over your head.

5. Volunteer or give back: Helping others can remind you of your own blessings and create a sense of gratitude.

Remember, gratitude is a practice that can be cultivated every day. It's all about finding joy in the present moment and appreciating the abundance in your life. 

What is Advance gratitude and how powerful it is?

Advance gratitude is indeed a powerful practice. It involves shifting our focus from the present to the future and expressing thanks in advance. For instance, you can give thanks for a positive PET scan report that may come in a few months or express gratitude for the business generating a specific amount of profit by the year-end. It can even be practicing advance gratitude for a successful ninth chemotherapy session while heading for your first one. This way, you're not only grateful for what you have now but also for what the future holds. By being optimistic about the present, we attract a more positive future. And you know what? There's nothing to lose by doing this! Instead of consuming mindless TV content, we can use the power of our minds to focus on something better. It's all about shaping our thoughts and attracting positivity into our lives. 

Everything around us is made up of energy, including our words, food, air, touch, and even our feelings. We have the power to shape this energy into either positive or negative forms. By blessing and expressing gratitude for all the energy around us, we can create a positive and abundant atmosphere. On the other hand, if we approach things with anger and ungratefulness, we'll attract negative energy. It's important to be mindful of how we interact with the world. When we eat with disgust, fear, or anger, we create that same negative energy within us. Similarly, if we drink water with reluctance and contempt, we'll manifest that energy as well. So, let's not forget the fundamentals of living: being grateful and blessing the energies that our body, heart, and mind need. Living consciously and gratefully with abundance is definitely the way to go! It's the cool way of embracing the old, new, and future.
