Organon of medicine called as Bible of Homoeopathy


"Organon of medicine"  is called the "Bible of homoeopathy." 

The meaning of this word "Organon" is a method of scientific investigation. Hahnemann the medical genius wanted the aspiring homoeopaths to study organon with a scientific, unprejudiced, artistic and inductive bent of mind.

Organon is the mother of all homoeopathic subjects, it feeds educates, moulds the mind of would be homoeopath to perfect his therapeutic abilities with the help of available subjects. It is unimaginable to understand Homoeopathy without Organon of medicine.

Organon of medicine is a book on medicine written by Samuel Hahnemann, the founder and the father of Homoeopathy. It was written in the later years of 18th century, considered a revolutionary book on medical philosophy. This book contains the guiding principles of Homoeopathy. 

Practicing Homoeopathy in its unique method as preached by its founder Samuel Hahnemann is possible only by understanding the Organon of medicine.
Practicing Homoeopathy without the knowledge of Organon medicine is like going into the sea without knowing swimming. Hence, study of Organon of medicine is mandatory for any aspiring homoeopath. 

Organon teaches the artistic techniques of employing the law of similia to the physician who is already trained in the scientific medicine. In order to achieve his mission the physician must acquire the knowledge of the accessory medical sciences along with the knowledge of Organon.

But whenever that record is seen much is lost as the exact expression and words of patient is missing and we find only interpretation of the physician in the form of rubrics - which if goes wrong is tough to rectify due to absence of full symptoms.
