We all want to age gracefully so let's drive in to it. 

ADAPT A MORNING RITUAL: Waking  up early in morning and consume a teaspoon of ghee first thing in the morning to improve digestion, blood flow, and hormonal balance. This also brings an internal glow to the face and increases the metabolism.
STAY HYDRATED: 2-3 liters of water daily, coconut water, buttermilk, infused water also drinking boiled jeera 2 times a day helps in digestion

TAKE SUN-DAMAGE SERIOUSLY: Always use a mild sun-block whenever you step out, it can also include scarf, umbrella

CHOOSE YOUR FATS WISELY INSTEAD OF CUTTING DOWN: Ghee is a miracle worker Nuts: Almonds, walnut, pistachios Coconut slice Seeds: Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds.

RAINBOW PLATE: Eating the rainbow involves eating fruits and vegetables of different colors every day.
Eg.Tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, beetroot, Apple, mango, pomegranate, cauliflower, water-based green vegetables, guava, orange etc

NOURISH YOUR CELLS: ABC juice- Amla, beetroot, carrot (unstrained) are very good source of antioxidants. 

EAT RIGHT NOT LESS:  Always opt for well-balanced home-cooked food including: Rice, Curd, Dal, Chapati, Vegetables, Pulses and Legumes

GO GREEN: Green leafy vegetables are a powerhouse of antioxidants and vitamins.
Such as Spinach leaves(Palak), Methi leaves Coriander, Amarnath (Chavali),etc

SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP (QUALITY AND QUANTITY): Our Skin makes new collagen when we sleep.
• Learn to switch off gadgets and work 
• Creating a pitch-dark environment.
• 5-10 mins foot oil massage and 5-10 mins of inhaling and exhaling will give you a baby sleep. 
• Remove your makeup before sleeping- let your skin breathes at night removing makeup cleanses the impurities present in the skin. 
• Adequate amount of sleep is essential. 

EXERCISE ROUTINE: If you exercise regularly, your skin will be cleared of impurities more often, leaving it glowing, healthy, and wrinkle-free.
Make a habit of Walking, Swimming, Dancing ,Yoga, Gym

Believe it or not, your body is quite capable of retaining its youthful looks and boundless energy. And can avoid aging if you take proper care of it and provide what it needs. 

 This begins with looking after your gut microflora (probiotics are the biggest savior) eg.Yogurt, sauerkraut, cottage cheese or paneer, buttermilk, dhokla, idli-dosa, kimchi, and green peas.
