Explanation of Aphorism 98
Demands to be met in investigation of disease. 



Patient's description of disease is to be given special place except malingers, as the complaints and sensation gets altered in mouths of attendants and friends. 

In every disease especially chronic, for investigation of true and complete picture of disease following are required - 
1. Special circumspection, 
2. Tact, 
3. Knowledge of human nature, 
4. Cautiousness in conducting enquiry, 
5. Great patience. 

 Dr. Hahnemann says to have 'Knowledge of human nature' which will help in forming true and complete picture of the disease. This knowledge can be known by study of Anthropology, Physiognomy, Psychology Graphology, etc.
