Specific internal dyscrasia of Syphilis and Sycosis is primarily manifested externally by venereal chancre and cauliflower like growth; after completion of internal infection of the whole organism, respectively. Besides the two, chronic miasm of Psora announces itself by a peculiar cutaneous eruption, at times consisting of a few vesicles accompanied by intolerable voluptuous tickling and itching along with a peculiar odour Psora, is the only fundamental cause and producer of numerous forms of diseases

-Nervous debility, Hysteria, Hypochondriasis, Mania, Melancholia, Imbecility, Madness, Epilepsy and Convulsions of all sorts, -Softening of the bones (rachitis), Scoliosis and Kyphosis, Caries,

-Cancer, Fungus Nematodes, Neoplasms, -Gout,

These and many other illustrations are mentioned in text of pathology and medicine under the name of independent diseases

► In footnote Dr. Hahnemann revealed that he had discovered Psora after twelve years of investigation and published his observation on this subject in his book "The Chronic Diseases (4 vols., Dresden, Arnold. [2nd edition. Dusseldorf, Schaub.])", which had remained unknown to all his former and contemporary observers. This book contains-

 a) Development and various forms of thousand headed monster Psora.

b) Important antipsoric remedies.

c) Instructions for preparation and employment of antipsoric medicines.

He says that before he had obtained this knowledge he could only treat the chronic diseases as an isolated individual malady with those medicines whose pure effect had been tested on healthy persons up to that period. Mankind rejoiced for the immense benefit provided by the new system, by treating maladies symptomatically but on discovery of chronic miasms and its specific treatment, reason to rejoice is increased by many folds.

A Dr. Hahnemann had classified Cancer and Neoplasm under Psora as for him Psora does not only mean functional changes rather much more - for him any diseases which were seen in patient with history of suppression of itch eruption was kept under Psora; this concept can be known by going through his 'Chronic Diseases'.

Even feigned diseases can be diagnosed by close observation.  In footnote Dr. Hahnemann gives example of special questions, avoiding its frame to be suggestive in itself, like -  •How often are his bowels moved? What is the exact character of the stool? Did the whitish evacuation consist of mucus or faeces? Had he or had he not pains during the evacuation? What was their exact character, and where were they seated?  •What did the patient vomit? Is the bad taste in the mouth putrid, or bitter, or sour, or what? Before or after eating, or dur...
