Aphorism 75 Explained
Chronic diseases due to allopathic non-healing art is difficult to cure.
While speaking of various types of diseases, Dr. Hahnemann says that artificial chronic diseases taking place due to allopathic non healing art is most deplorable and incurable as it is impossible to hit upon the remedies for their cure, when they are much advanced.
Although, Dr. Hahnemann had called these iatrogenic diseases difficult to cure and no doubt they are due to above mentioned reason, but now a days we generally encounter these diseases in daily practice which can be handled by using the rubric - "Medicament abuse of" or "Drug abuse".
▲ In advanced cases there remains only common pathological symptoms pertaining to the disease. To handle such cases where individualistic peculiarity of the patient is lacking -
1. Concept of pathological generals by Dr. C. M. Boger can be used.
2. Clinical rubrics or clinical repertories can be used.
