Aphorism 71 explanation
Review of previous aphorisms.
 In this section Dr. Hahnemann gives a brief review of what he had said in previous sections. So, he says that now there should not be any doubt that -
 1. Diseases are group of symptoms.
 2. Disease can be removed and transformed into health by medicinal substances. produce symptoms similar to that of the disease in hand in
 3. Medicine acts in those cases where it has capability to produce symptoms similar to that of the disease in hand in healthy body.
 Thereby, Dr. Hahnemann says that operation of cure comprises of the three points -
 1. How should physician ascertain what is necessary to be known in order to cure the disease?
 2. How is he to gain the knowledge of the instruments adapted for the cure of the natural diseases, the pathogenetic powers of the medicines? 
3. What is the most suitable method of employing these artificial morbific agents (medicines) for the cure of natural disease?
