Aphorism 68 Explained
Modus operandi of homoeopathic cure with reference to secondary action curative action.
Homoeopathic cure requires minimum amount of medicine, which due to similarity of action is sufficient enough to overpower and removes the natural disease.
After removal of original disease, medicinal disease remains for a short period of time alone in organism, but due to its extra ordinary minuteness in dose, it is so transient and slight that it disappears on its own accord and vital force does not need to employ its energy against it.
This has also been mentioned in clause 'B' of section sixty four.
