In chronic diseases Psora should be investigated. 

In case of epidemic diseases homoeopathic medicine pertaining to it could be found by observing several patients suffering from same epidemic. Similar is the case with chronic miasm Psora, which is so diversified in its manifestation that it requires several patients of different constitution and living under different conditions suffering from Psora to be observed carefully to know the complete range of symptoms it can produce. Only then a homoeopathic antipsoric medicine can be selected which can cure it.
