 Totality of epidemic or sporadic diseases should be made by keeping in mind that the calamity in hand is new one and similar calamity had never occurred in world except in cases of calamity of diseases of unchangeable character like small pox, measles etc.

 Type of disease makes no difference in its investigation as well as treatment, even if the disease in hand is wholly or partially known because on careful investigation the disease comes out to be unique; claiming the nomenclature of diseases to be false unless it is of unchangeable character.
