There are several asanas in yoga that can help improve your posture, but one of the main asanas that is known for its benefits in this area is the Tadasana, also known as the Mountain Pose.
Tadasana is a standing pose that focuses on alignment and balance, and it can help to improve your posture by strengthening the muscles in your feet, legs, and core, and by aligning your spine, shoulders, and hips. It also helps to improve your breathing and increase your awareness of your body. Also useful in children to increase Hight.

How to practice Tadasana? 
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, parallel to each other. Press your feet firmly into the ground and engage your leg muscles, lifting your kneecaps and thighs. Draw your tailbone down towards the ground to lengthen your lower back, and lift the crown of your head towards the ceiling to lengthen your spine. Roll your shoulders back and down, and bring your hands to your heart center or let them hang by your sides.

Hold the pose for several deep breaths, focusing on your alignment and the sensation of grounding and lifting at the same time. Practice this pose regularly to improve your posture and increase your overall sense of balance and stability.
